O’Brien BBQ was established in early 2020. The owner, John O’Brien III, was fired from his job after a bad job switch. While he only pursued BBQ as a hobby in his backyard, he decided to take it full scale. Slowly but surely he developed his toolbox of all types of rubs and sauces for his BBQ. As he started to grow….
